Duties
Develop and coordinates all ATAAPS systems administration requirements and policies to ensure established milestones and events for GVSC are met
Interpret regulations and policies received from higher HQ and provides input as required.
Establish internal policy/guidance based on that received information from senior leadership/organization.
Identify existing or potential problem areas and recommends corrective action or preventative measures.
As the principal system expert regarding ATAAPS/Timecards provide guidance and support to all GVSC associates.
Provide support as the organizations Resource Management (G8) liaison to the Detroit Arsenal (DTA) Payroll Office, Out of Office (OOO)
application, and ATAAPS Utility Reports and Forms (AURF) application.
Serve as the Lead Systems Administrator for Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Out of Office (OOO) application,
and ATAAPS Utility Reports and Forms (AURF) application.
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Supports Force Management Office with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) processing roles in Human Resources Mini Master (HRMM) and tracking of personnel movements against the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA).
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position may require temporary duty (TDY) business travel up to 5%.
- This position requires a three-year probationary period.
- This position requires a Non-Critical Sensitive Secret security clearance
