Duties
You will serve as the point of contact for receipt, creation, modification, assignment, tracking, and closeout phases of all classified and unclassified tasks received or generated by the USPACFLT Commander, Deputy Commander, or Executive Director.
You will execute all non-congressional and non-critical tasks with established priorities and goals to enable timely task management completion.
You will create weekly status reports for distribution to the Directorates; providing current status of all taskers.
You will serve as the primary point of contact to support the USPACFLT web-based Command Tasking System as well as the OPNAV and Combatant Commander tasking systems.
You will conduct analysis of various databases to provide periodic reports addressing the task response execution performance of USPACFLT Headquarters staff and echelon III commands.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
For GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying administrative applications that contribute to the execution of timely analysis and evaluation of mission support actions that impact the fleet.
For GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing support with administrative applications that contribute to the execution of timely analysis and evaluation of mission support actions that impact the fleet.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-11:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
Possession of an LL.M. degree that is related to this position being filled.

For the GS-09:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree.
