You will serve as a SUPV HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the MANPOWER AND RESERVE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties

You will prepare Performance Plans and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure developmental and training needs are met. You will take disciplinary action such as counseling, warnings, and reprimands and recommends punishment. You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees. You will conduct extensive analysis/research of past and present guidelines, regulation, and policies. You will apply analytical techniques to solve problems regarding record sources, reconstructions, and information in the record, and reply to customers.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing administrative and personnel services, updating and modifying records, and interpreting policy and regulations.
