You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PUBLIC WORKS BUSINESS LINE of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will identify requirement shortfalls and trade-offs and prepare appropriate supporting documentation, including required justifications.
You will set execution targets and develop reports, analysis, graphs, databases and other products to track execution against developed controls and budget targets and to capture historic trends.
You will track the progress of funding document receipt and acceptance and resolve issues that may arise in the processing of funds

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: sector 1 Request, track and report on the status of funds needed/received. 2 Provide information/data. 3 Provide support to Leadership in the overall day-to-day execution of UT program. 4 Prepare, edit and consolidate budget and financial submissions. 5 Monitor, evaluate and ensure funding sufficient to cover projected cost. Monitor year-end closing and report findings. 6 Knowledge of and experience using computer/ informational systems to execute work actions.7 Knowledge of the rules and processes related to the funding in federal government. Knowledge of DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements in federal government

Education
Applicants may substitute education for experience in the following situations:
Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
OR
Have a combination of experience and education that equates to one year of experience. Percentage of education plus percentage of experience must equal 100%.
