You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MILITARY MANPOWER SECTION of the MANPOWER MANAGEMENT BRANCH of MARFORCOM NORFOLK.
Duties
You will review, analyze and make recommendations on all Table of Organization and Equipment Change Requests (TOECRs) via the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS).
You will perform administrative and/or program support, such as planning, research, analysis, communication, liaison and/or special projects.
You will develop new procedures that can furnish information concerning manpower process and data inadequacies.
You will evaluate federal civilian retention data, position descriptions, employee evaluations, and exit surveys.
You will coordinate with hiring managers and HR Specialists at all levels to expedite the processing of civilian recruitments and other personnel actions. Verify status and accuracy of personnel actions.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Providing management, administrative and/or program support; conducting manpower studies and surveys; AND developing detailed plans, goals, objectives, and mission oriented programs.
