You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the N977 Maritime Industrial Support Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will oversee the in-depth research to identify impediments to supply support, and recommend or undertake interventions when possible to accomplish positive supply action.
You will oversee the utilization of supply chain management processes, procedures, and tools to enhance the availability of materials and supplies for the accomplishment of submarine and aircraft carrier maintenance and modernization availabilities.
You will serve as NAVSUP WSS expert for Maritime Industrial Support.
You will plan, assign and evaluates work performed by subordinates, including setting and adjusting priorities and considering the difficulty and capabilities of each employee.
You will deliver presentations at conferences or to individual leaders within NAVSUP to the Enterprise, as well as throughout Department of the Navy, Department of Defense, and industry.
You will lead the maritime industrial projects team supporting data analysis and project initiatives.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing Logistics Management Specialist work. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Understanding end-to-end supply chain and lifecycle logistic support as it relates to assigned material, systems, platforms and/or projects; 2) Coordinating with internal and external partners to analyze and communicate supply system performance; 3) Performing analysis and inform mission partners on supply chain barriers and solutions; 4) Supervising a team of employees working collaboratively.
