You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.
Duties
You will develop proposed design approaches and validates with customer and ensures design is consistent with law, security and privacy regulations.
You will create or modify various functional or design documents such as financial, supply, acquisition and/or other government functional requirements.
You will plan and coordinate feasibility studies to determine practicality of requirements from an Information Technology (IT) standpoint.
You will research applicable regulations, standards and policies governing a variety of topics such as policy, system performance, and processing conditions.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Performing a full range of duties in ERP (ECC, SCM, BW) regarding forecasting and delta reporting, material updates in SCM (MASSD), table updates (SSR, SBAN), setting priorities, and scheduling work as necessary to assure the effective and expeditious accomplishment of both priority and regular recurring work;
2) Excellent written and verbal skills are essential, possessing the ability to speak intelligently to individuals and groups at all levels of the organization to facilitate open communications, support and cooperation;
3) Knowledge of ERP (ECC, SCM, BW), and experience with the related tools and processes (NHDSM, ERB, TCCB, QC, Audit, YEC, Transports, Plant Creation, Excel);
4) Assisting with identification of the required system changes resulting from new process, procedure, or policy requirements in the process area;
5) Providing technical guidance and reviews as required, and providing analysis and technical recommendations to the Commands;
6) Collaborating within the SYSCOMS Business Offices and with other stakeholders defining opportunities for new or improved business process solutions, and a knowledge of the Command Process Improvement procedures.
