About the Position: The Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC), a major subordinate command of the Army Materiel Command (AMC), focuses on enabling strategic power projection readiness, total force materiel, and supply chain optimization in support of multi-domain operations.

Duties

Manage office, responsible for operational alignment, processes and resolution of issues not limited to material, customer, vendors and sourcing. Analyze business processes, assigns priorities on issues impacting cost and resources. Propose system change requests and manage corrective actions. Translate business functional requirements into system software requirements serving as SAP Subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.
  • This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
