Duties
Executes a variety of administrative functions to include but not limited to, preparing and reviewing correspondence, preparing briefings and charts, developing reports, making travel arrangements, screening calls and tracking suspense items.
Provides administrative and logistical support and overall office management for the supervisor and staff.
Coordinates office activities and operating procedures to insure uniform interpretation and implementation of administrative regulations and directives.
Reviews plans, programs, and regulations pertaining to automation, personnel, analysis and administration.
May be required, as needed, to operate GSA motor vehicle to make distribution and visits to government facilities in the local commuting area.
Requirements

- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge of management principles, practices and techniques to provide administrative services to an organization
Experience analyzing administrative practices and recommending improvements to policies and procedures
Highly preferred applicants will possess the following
Minimum 2 years' experience working with MWR.
Minimum 1 year professional administrative or secretarial experience.
Demonstrated technical and analytical skills to complete simple data analysis.
Experience with accurately gathering information, to create reports, and summarizing information for benefit of organization.
