About the Position: This position is located with Evans Army Community Hospital, For Carson, Colorado.

Duties

Determines and plans work to be accomplished by employees. Identifies problems with health care processes and recommend alternatives to improve processes. Coordinates and consults with Service Chief or designated supervisor on program administrative matters. Gathers, analyzes, sustains, and interprets a diverse range of statistical and demographic information. Monitors and coordinates personnel matters. Conducts periodic inspections and provides advice and guidance regarding program deficiencies or areas that do not comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

• Required to be screened for and obtain necessary immunizations/vaccinations (hepatitis, influenza, etc.), unless exempted by a licensed physician.
• Position is designated as Inclement Weather Essential. The incumbent must make every attempt to report for work on time and/or remain on duty during severe weather conditions.
