About the Position: This position is located in Healthcare Operations at Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, Colorado.

Duties

Serves as Senior Clinical Informatics Data Analyst. Analyzes health care processes, outcomes, and systems performance with a medical treatment facility. Directs clinical staff in collecting clinical data records from various medical information system. Presents training materials to explain new initiatives, concepts, policies and procedures relevant to improved clinical outcomes. Utilizes various electronic health record systems. Provides expert guidance to data managers for more complex clinical data extraction.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccine and is therefore subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations.
• This position may require periodic immunizations (other than the influenza vaccine) and tuberculosis monitoring.
