About the Position: This position is located in at Evans Army Community Hospital duty location Fort Carson, CO.

Duties

Conducts data analysis on health care services utilization to identify diagnosis and provider patterns for trend identification to the service chiefs. Advises practice leadership on issues affecting quality, safety, and customer service at the practice level. Manages the day-to-day operations of the practice. Assists in the development and implementation of effective patient care systems. Contributes to the development and implementation of standard policies and procedures. Manages budget and persosnnel planning.

Requirements

OR Education: Successfully completed a Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree with a major study in hospital administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
