You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Service-Wide Transportation ( SWT) Division, Transporation and Distribution Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will have knowledge of statistical analysis to identify, analyze, and conceptualize Service-Wide Transportation (SWT) problems, develop alternate solution, and brief higher- level management.
You will have knowledge of transportation and financial systems, such a Financial Air Clearance Transportation (FACTS), Transportation Global Edit Table (TGET), Distribution Component Billing System (DCBS), and US Bank Syncada and NAVY ERP.
You will have knowledge of ADP Systems associated with the transportation of DOD and commercial cargo systems to develop and recommend implementation of new requirements with the existing transportation systems.
You will have knowledge of problem solving and team-building methods and techniques to develop a high performing team and assist team members and individuals in developing effective solutions.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Program Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analytical work associated with developing annual transportation requirements and financial plans; formulating required financial budgets; conducting research on transportation issues. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1. Applying quantitative and qualitative techniques sufficient to conduct studies, analyze findings, and make recommendations to develop transportation policies, implementation guidance and identify customer requirements; 2. Broad knowledge in data automation and work processing to complete data analysis and prepare briefs; 3. Applying knowledge of statistical analysis theories and techniques and skill in analytical reasoning to identify problems and develop alternate solutions; 4. Utilizing oral and writing skills to draft and review policies, prepare and present metrics, and conduct briefings.
