You will serve as a Program Analyst in the of the Transportation and Distribution Department forNAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will coordinate with the NMCI representative for layout/personnel changes affecting the computer equipment.
You will coordinate and support NAVSUP WSS Transportation and Distribution Department management on organizational realignments and facility improvement projects.
You will order and maintain office supplies based on recurring demand and one-time requests by management.
You will ensure regulations are implemented and security standards are maintained in the area of personnel security.
You will provide administrative support for command personnel security clearance requirements and maintain records of command personnel security clearance.
You will track all physical property and compare DPAS system reports.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Program Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay bad in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying the principles, policies, procedures, and methods of management to perform analytical and evaluative work associated as it relates to facilities management and property accountability operations. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Providing plans, analysis, and coordination on facilities management functions and program; 2) Planning, assessing, evaluation and recommending improvements on current and projected requirements for space utilization, physical and operational security, property, and / or organizational layout; 3) Knowledge of all DON, DOD government-wide and / or local Fire Codes; 4) Applying a knowledge of facility management regulations including the American with Disabilities Act; 5)Collecting data from different methods (i.e. surveys, interviews, literature search, flow charting, and work processes) to perform assignments and identify problems and recommend solutions; 5) Maintain a database in support of visitor control program; and 6) Ability to make oral and written presentations and correspondence outlining program interests, options, alternatives, and recommendations.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
