You will serve as a DON CYBER WORKFORCE (DCWF) PROGRAM MANAGER of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
Duties
You will identify and collaborate with supervisors on determining all cyber positions.
You will ensure all designated cyber occupational series are coded per policy guidance.
You will monitor workforce trends and program effectiveness, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to leadership.
You will participate in network and systems design to ensure implementation of appropriate systems security policies.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to
travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge in a Cyber Workforce Program in determining cyber positions, requirements for positions and proper proficiency levels associated with each position; 2) Monitoring and evaluating systems' security requirements to include system security certification and accreditation requirements; 3) Resolving computer vulnerabilities and threats by applying security concepts and standards; 4) Providing infrastructure protection by applying applicable laws, regulations, directives and policies concerning information assurance and information systems security. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
