You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Duties
You will serve as cybersecurity authority for all systems, providing support in the planning, analysis, development, implementation, and
enhancement of information security and information assurance programs, policies, procedures and tools.
You will serve as the Domain Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) providing oversight and administration programs related to information security, Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity Work Force (CSWF).
You will develop policies and procedures to ensure information systems security, CSWF compliance, and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data.
You will monitor and evaluate systems' compliance with IT security policies and requirements ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of all IT services.
You will ensure information systems are developed, procured, and installed in accordance with security standards and regulations.
You will assesse security events to determine impact, implement corrective actions and gather, analyze, and preserve evidence used in the prosecution of
computer crimes.
You will plan and assign work to subordinates, evaluate employee performance, authorize leave, interview candidates for position, resolve complaints, evaluate employees and write performance appraisals.

- Position is designated as Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area Information Systems Security Manager, advanced level within 12 months of appointment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a cyber security program in accordance with DoD security polices, principles and practices; 2) Performing risk assessments of information systems; 3) Applying content management principles, work flow processes, and flow charting to produce information technology (IT) information for decision making; and 4) Providing guidance and training for subordinates to ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
