Duties

Assists the General Manager in managing a large bingo activity; formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Ensures adequate staffing of personnel is available, and bingo supplies and equipment are in place. Provides information concerning services, prices, standards and information related to the activity to guests and visitors. Accepts fees, issues change, directs the conduct of operations. Performs line level work as required based on the immediate needs of the operation. Performs line level work as required based on the immediate needs of the operation.

Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Must be able to work an irregular work schedule which includes, but is not limited to days, nights, weekends, holidays, and split-shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Highly Preferred Qualification: 1. Minimum two years of supervisory experience. 2. Minimum two years of direct experience in Bingo operations. 3. Experience supervising more than seven employees. 4. Excellent customer service skills. 5. Experience resolving customer complaints, particularly related to issues like payout errors. 6. Knowledge of internal control processes for Bingo.
