You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Commander, Navy Reserve Force Command (CNRFC), Operations Department (N3), Force Protection Division (N34).

Duties

You will independently develop and personally innovate complex projects using established Force Protection and Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives knowledge and coordinate, as appropriate, with senior commands. You will develop and provide executive level briefs regarding Force Protection trends and analytics, program status, and vulnerability assessment findings with recommended mitigations and program improvements. You will develop critical elements and Civilian Performance Plans, Progress Reviews, and Appraisal performance reviews. You will supervise administrative work performed by non-supervisory GS-12 and military subordinate experts in two sub-divisions requiring substantial coordination and integration of multiple work assignments. You will determine and direct the implementation of appropriate changes and corrective actions for force-wide improvement in Force Protection and Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives programs.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, developing, extracting and analyzing data from various sources. Experience developing new or modified Force Protection policies, plans, goals, or objectives. Experience tracking the development and completion of Force protection training. Experience maintaining oversight and awareness of scheduled Force Protection program reviews. Experience managing budgetary and financial management considerations for near and long-term travel, training, assessments, and equipment. Experience in technical review of physical security system designs, specification and vulnerability.
