You will serve as a TASK AND PORTAL PROGRAM MANAGER in the Executive Director and Chief of Staff office of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY.
Duties
You will serve as a point of contact for all classified and unclassified tasks generated by senior leaders and external sources.
You will develop and improve collaboration, communication, and coordination of tasks in the Enterprise Management (eKM) system.
You will be responsible for establishing priorities and goals for the timely completion of tasks.
You will ensure Director level content managers are properly trained and executing USPACFLT SharePoint master plan.
You will serve as content manager, formulating and executing roll-out plans and ensuring the relevance of the content on the USPACFLT's iNavy SharePoint Site.
You will review and analyze incoming and outgoing tasking correspondence to ensure United States Pacific Fleet (USPACFLT) headquarters is accurately represented.
You will deliver solutions built on SharePoint Technologies to solve business problems.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
For the GS-13 position:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector independently coordinating or administering internet system communication programs (e.g. SharePoint, Enterprise Knowledge Management (eKM)) including distributing, updating contents, and monitoring usage to ensure conformance with timelines, policies, and programs.
For the GS-12 position:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector working under a supervisor's close guidance and direction coordinating or administering internet system communication programs (e.g. SharePoint, Enterprise Knowledge Management (eKM)) including distributing, updating contents, and monitoring usage to ensure conformance with timelines, policies, and programs.
