Serves as an administrative specialist within the Operations (OPS) Section for the Behavioral Programs Branch (MFC), Marine and Family Programs Division (MF), Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in administration, business, finance, accounting, or a related field appropriate to the work of position AND three years of experience in the occupation or a related field OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Demonstrated expert knowledge and skill in budget development and execution; in government contract development and execution; and in planning, organizing, and directing multiple, high-visibility activities, with demonstrated excellent in customer service. Ability to effectively communicate orally or in writing and to prepare documentation and presentations in accordance with naval correspondence rules of grammar and punctuation. Ability to handle unusual problems during the planning, negotiating, and execution phases of events. Broad knowledge of administrative practices and principles. Skill to operate a personal computer and associated peripheral equipment and software; to deal effectively with employees at various levels in the organization; and to represent the branch with external customers.
