You will serve as a SUPERVISORY COLLABORATION, SUPPORT AND SOLUTIONS in the INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIR TRAINING HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT GRP.
Duties
You will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and evaluating the work necessary to support, maintain, and modify policies, strategies, practices, projects, and portal environments throughout the Naval Air Training Command.
You will serve as the subject matter expert in the development and maintenance of long-range plans and policies for existing internal and external command portals based on established policies, priorities, and goals.
You will provide advice regarding a wide variety of strategic, operational, and tactical issues and guidance for personnel, processes, and knowledge management associated with the implementation of collaborative efforts and analysis tools.
You will use comprehensive knowledge and organizational skills to provide support for collaborative efforts by identifying short-term and long-range strategies to effectively and efficiently accomplish operational and administrative functions.
You will develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient operation of Naval Air Training Command collaborative environment to include, Flank Speed, SharePoint, and Power Business Intelligence.
You will assign and review work, develop performance standards, evaluate work performance, address minor disciplinary issues, identify training needs, research methods to improve production and quality of products or services.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess collaborative projects, organizational processes, and strategies to facilitate implementation of collaborative efforts throughout a Command.
