About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.
Duties
Serve as a Master Planner and primary point of contact for preparation, implementation and maintenance of the Real Property Master Plan (RPMP).
Serve as the technical advisor and liaison on all matters pertaining to master planning.
Responsible for coordinating graphical representation of Milcon projects to include the long-range plan, the environmental overlay and basic information and master planning maps.
Ensure that mobilization, peacetime, and emergency plans are properly integrated with the Master Plan through scheduled meetings with Directors and assigned action officers.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes, 1) Preparing and implementing the Real Property Master Plan (RPMP), 2) Coordinating projects milestones and budgets for the initial operation planning phase and through completion of construction, 3) Assisting real property and industrial engineering personnel to correct facility space utilization requirements, AND 4) Evaluating maps to graphically portray existing conditions of facilities, future site requirements, and installation needs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
