About the Position: Serves as the Director of the Logistics & Technical Support Directorate; Is an expert and senior Acquisition Logistician, Technical data and Systems Analyst and Advisor to the Director of the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC)
Duties
Works closely with the employees of the Readiness and Sustainment Directorate and the Logistics Assistance Directorate to ensure that the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) organization implements new techniques and technologies and to ensure that the organization's Groups remain responsive to customers and to higher echelons.
Oversees engineering and Logistics Support Analysis modeling in the specialty areas of level of repair analysis, operation and support concepts, maintainability concepts analysis, logistic and support related design requirements, and other logistics engineering tasks and functions.
Oversees the development, evaluation, control, and interpretation of situational and statistical analyses of AMLC-managed equipment readiness from a Soldier perspective, ranging from Theater Commander to individual Brigade Combat Teams.

- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics Certification within 48 months of entrance on duty.
- This position requires a Supervisory Probationary Period
- CAP Position- Selectee must execute a written tenure agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years.

Specialized Experience is defined as having one year at the next lower grade level or equivalent pay band level performing the following duties;
1. Managing overall planning, analysis and implementation of medical material activities/programs, performance reporting and monitoring;
2. Identifying potential problems in the development of recommended solutions for improving procedures, programs, and/or systems as they relate to the organizations operational performance;
3. Analyzing performance, policies and processes, to make recommendations and implement optimal command-wide operations and/or logistics initiatives.
