You will serve as a Program Analyst within the Office of the Commander of the OPTEVFOR.
Duties
You will serve as the Command's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
You will serve as the technical liaison between the government and contractor personnel, ensuring coordination, cooperation, and communication among all parties.
You will ensure that all changes in work, services, and resulting changes to delivery schedules are formally documented and represent the best interest of the government.
You will submit a written report to the contracting officer on contractor performance.
You will oversee contract administration functions such as monitoring and ensuring compliance on all contracts assigned.
You will work with subject matter experts, analysts, and operational test directors (OTDs) to coordinate and assist with the various stages of acquisition planning.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: (1) Ensure program management and coordination of contractual programs are executed in accordance with regulations; (2) Assist with developing, coordinating, or managing of acquisition requirements and resources, productivity flow and improvement in order to maintain control over contractor performance; (3) Assisting with monitoring the contractor's performance for timeliness, and providing technical advice to the contracting officer and contractor within the scope of work or statement of work; (4) Preparing monthly report on the status of contractual efforts; (5) Maintaining a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) file, by contract, including task and delivery orders, which contains documentation relative to the actions taken by the COR; and (6) Participating in the review of contractual requests from warfare and support divisions, performing the initial evaluation for compliance with regulations.
