You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as the central point of contact for all Operating Budget execution matters.
You will conduct studies to discern which management processes and procedures need revision or improvement.
You will Communicate and collaborate with the Command Operations Deputy Director, Department Directors, Supervisors, Resource Management, the Human Resources Office and the Command Operations workforce.
You will provide status of in process personnel actions and ensure effective processing of all personnel actions.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-09 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties:1) Generating purchases for various department requirements;2) Tracking and reporting all personnel actions related to promotions, demotions, reassignments, laterals, terminations, classifications, and awards;3) Preparing requirements, developing execution plans and monitoring/tracking expenditures of funds using knowledge of budget and logistics principles and processes;4) Conducting studies to discern which management processes and procedures need revision or improvement;5) Providing recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and productivity;6) Initiating Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs) in the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Education Substitution for Experience at the GS-11 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
OR possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR have completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR possess an LL.M., if related
OR a combination of graduate education and experience as described above that equates to one year of experience
