You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the OFFICER PROGRAMS of USMC RECRUITING COMMAND.

Duties

You will review and analyzes new or proposed military Human Resources policies, procedures, and guidelines for impacts on organization. You will Analyze changes to regulations and policies for impacts on military Human Resources programs. You will perform the administrative and management functions relative to the staff supervised. You will provide informal feedback and periodically evaluates employee performance. Resolves informal complaints and grievances.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector reviewing and analyzes new or proposed military Human Resources policies, procedures, and guidelines regulations and performing administrative and management functions relative to the staff supervised.
