You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (READY RELEVANT LEARNING LIAISON) in the Training and Education Directorate (N7) of Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC) of COMNAVRESFORCOM.
Duties
You will be responsible for analyzing individual training requirements in support of RESFOR ratings, to ensure training solutions support the Reserve Force and individual and billet requirements.
You will be responsible for evaluating training requirements, training tasks, and training courses across a rating’s career continuum to sustain modernized training.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to RRL Rating Manager.
You will be responsible for conducting training system analysis to analyze RRL and individual training requirements, using the systems approach for rating training impacted by RRL processes.
You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating modernized training solutions and courses to ensure sustainment of relevant, current training delivery at the right time via the right methodology.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience analyzing individual training requirements in support of RESFOR ratings, to ensure training solutions support the Reserve Force and individual and billet requirements by analyzing training requirements, analyzing RRL training documents, identifying RESFOR subject matter experts to support RRL workshops and meetings, and reviewing and analyzing policies and guidance and providing recommendations as needed.
Experience evaluating training requirements, training tasks, and training courses across a rating's career continuum to sustain modernized training by analyzing designated rating Career-Long Learning Continuum's (CLLC), Rating Master Task List (RMTL), Career Domain Analysis (CDA), and Career Flow Map (CFM), assessing and evaluating training solutions and courses, and coordinating with Type Commanders (TYCOM), NETC, and other RRL stakeholders.
Experience providing administrative support to RRL rating manager by updating and monitoring training and tracking spreadsheets, assisting in NROWS orders, reviewing and analyzing RRL-related initiatives, creating analysis, assessment, sustainment, programmatic, and financial briefs, representing RESFOR individual training, and conducting training system analysis to analyze RRL and individual training requirements.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

- Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher-level education leading to a doctorate's degree
