Duties
You will assist the Administrative Officer in the management and execution of command administrative processes in accordance with Navy standards and requirements.
You will provide administrative direction and subject matter expertise support for the following administrative programs: Publication Management, Records Management, Report Management, and Forms Management.
You will assist in the management of the military pay and personnel section.
You will manage the official mail distribution system within SWFLANT.
You will manage the printing and duplicating services performed by Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS).
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-01 or grade level (GS-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Education
