About the Position: This position is with the 80th Training Command, 94 Division (Force Sustainment) located at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia.
Duties
Review Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA)/Table of Organizational Elements (TOE)/Modification Table of Organizational Elements (MTOE) changes.
Manage allocation of full-time authorizations.
Provide recommendations on commands management programs.
Recommend force structure action for implementation of unit activity.
Inform command staff on recommended changes.
Apply an in-depth knowledge of Army manpower management policies.
Develop optional force structure actions for resolving mission shortfalls.
Conduct in progress reports of existing force structure to ensure mission accomplishment.
Conduct trends analysis of complex data.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires a Personnel Security Investigation.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Conduct manpower studies 2) Apply principles of management and organization 3) Assist with management improvement programs 4) Perform analysis of trends and complex data. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).

Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualification and perform the duties of the position.OR3 academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education, in a course of study that directly reflects the job-related KSAs/competencies necessary to satisfy the minimum qualifications and perform the duties of the position,

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
