About the Position: This position is with the 80th Training Command, 94 Division (Force Sustainment) located at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia.

Duties

Review Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA)/Table of Organizational Elements (TOE)/Modification Table of Organizational Elements (MTOE) changes. Manage allocation of full-time authorizations. Provide recommendations on commands management programs. Recommend force structure action for implementation of unit activity. Inform command staff on recommended changes. Apply an in-depth knowledge of Army manpower management policies. Develop optional force structure actions for resolving mission shortfalls. Conduct in progress reports of existing force structure to ensure mission accomplishment. Conduct trends analysis of complex data.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires a Personnel Security Investigation.
