Duties
Serves as a management and program analyst in the Defense Contract Management Agency Travel Team (DCMA-FBST).
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide Agency level oversight of the Government Travel Card Program and serve as the Component Program Manager.
Manage an agency's Government Travel Card Program and serve as the agency's point of contact to organizations outside the agency.
Serve as the analyst responsible for certification of the reconciliation of the DCMA Headquarters Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs) for the Government Travel Card.
Execute the full range of duties to carry out the planning, organizing, initiating, and execution of the Government Travel Card Program.
Requirements

- Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive, No Access Required.
- Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management And Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Developing, analyzing, executing, and evaluating a Government Travel Card Program.
Providing expert advice and management assistance to management officials across an agency on problems associated with Government Travel Card Program.
Conducting Government Travel Card Program training and presentations throughout an Agency.
Performing monthly Travel Card audits for account delinquencies and improper purchases.
Reviewing account activity for proper usage of the travel card to assure charges are for official business travel.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
