About the Position: This position is located with CASCOM, Fort Gregg- Adams, VA. Fort Gregg- Adams home of Logistic Warriors, is a US Army installation located near the Tri-Cities of Petersburg, Colonial Heights, and Hopewell, VA. Fort Gregg, Adams is south of Richmond, the Capital of Virginia.
Duties
Serves as Chief, Multifunctional Division, with responsibility for planning, organizing, and monitoring the branch operating program.
Serves as senior member of Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) working groups during all TAA workshops and as a functional expert in assigned Combat Service Support (CSS) functional areas of force structuring.
Advises and/or coordinates with the division chief, higher levels of management.
Plans branch funding, TDY requirements, personnel, equipment, and work requirements.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- SECRET CLEARANCE - This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE - This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
- PERFORM TEMPORARY DUTY (TDY) - This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 25% of the time.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade level position in the federal service (GS-13).
