As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:
The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is a separate Agency of the Department of Defense (DoD) under the direction, authority, and control of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD (I&S)). The mission of the DCSA is as follows:

- This position is designated mission essential. The incumbent must remain contactable 24/7 by mobile phone and laptop unless excepted by the Chief of Security Programs Office or Chief of Mission Resilience.
Qualifications
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-13 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Expert knowledge of Emergency Management principles, the National Planning Framework, National Preparedness System principles and the National Incident Management System (NIMS); Expert experience analyzing, coordinating and overseeing the development of staff actions, reviewing and approving draft briefings, and collaboration with stakeholders in assessing hazards and threats and developing risk management processes; Advanced knowledge of Anti-terrorism/Force Protection concepts, continuity of operations, staff planning, and risk management processes used by the Department of Defense and interagency community. Advanced experience providing operations, planning, policy and subject matter staff planning expertise in support of operational responses to all hazards and threats that may negatively impact the ability to maintain mission essential functions.
