You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PUBLIC WORKS BUSINESS LINE DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will distribute established controls and budget targets to Public Works Department (PWD) leadership.
You will use financial and execution systems to run detail reports, collect data, and analyze execution.
You will analyze programs, historic trends, and budgetary data for the PWD.
You will generate and submit funding requests for Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) and General Fund (GF) accounts.
You will work with analysts to track the expensing of funding documents.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying working capital fund and general fund concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations to prepare budgets for program execution; 2) Performing functions involving formation, justification, and reporting for various funding programs within an organization; 3) Explaining execution of funding to upper management/leadership personnel; and 4) Ensuring the necessary documentation is provided to support funding requests.
