You will serve as a Program Analyst at the Naval Technical Training Center Detachment (NTTC) Meridian Detachment (DET)
DINFOS, Ft. Meade, Maryland.
Duties
You will be responsible for administrative management of the Detachment and student management using multiple software programs and office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents and reports.
You will maintain and control the diverse aspects of personnel management including the management of personnel records, military performance appraisal programs and military separations.
You will serve as liaison for personnel, responsible for monitoring and resolving personnel related problems such as legal and medical holds and resolving individual members financial and/or leave problems.
You will oversee the operation of office supply, support functions, and coordinates requests for travel, resolving unusual or complicated issues pertaining to travel authorization, allowances, and reimbursements.
You will serve as a Legal Office Manager responsible for coordinating separation physicals, transition assistance, final evaluations, legal assistance, and pay and separation issues with appropriate officials.
You will serve as a Security Assistant representative performing administrative functions that include but are not limited to assisting with check-in/check-out of military and civilian staff and students, and visitors.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Monitors and advises on management and control of records, monitoring standard procedures for records, storage, retrieval, and dissemination; 2) Utilizing multiple software programs and computer applications (e.g., CeTARS, ATRRS, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite) to produce a wide range of documents and reports; 3) Responsible for monitoring and resolving personnel related problems such as legal and medical holds; and 4) Coordinates separation physicals, transition assistance, final evaluations, legal assistance, and pay and separation issues with appropriate officials. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
