You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (ENTARCH) within NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT Nuclear Reactors Supply Chain Management Directorate.
Duties
You will serve as a senior technical specialist for Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) activities governing the policy, planning, and delivery of IT infrastructure services and design.
You will establish policies, strategies, activities, and goals and objectives related to assigned IT projects/systems.
You will provide enterprise architecture guidance, support, and coordination to customers and IT project teams.
You will perform studies to determine efficiency of IT systems, programs, and procedures and identify performance inefficiencies or issues.
You will ensure all new assets, hardware components, and new or upgraded software releases meet customer expectations and operational requirements.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 651 level 1 within 12 months of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing enterprise architecture and data management concepts and principles to apply and adapt new and improved approaches to the design, development, and implementation of Information Technology (IT) products/systems. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Working knowledge of systems architecture, network security, coding, project management, and the latest software and hardware technologies; 2) Providing technical advice and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding Information Technology (IT) projects; 3) Evaluating Information Technology (IT) systems and networks for vulnerabilities and performance improvements; and 4) Keeping up to date with industry trends and ensuring the organization's infrastructure is updated with the latest technological advancements. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
