You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Data Management Branch, AEGIS Enterprise Assessment Division, Performance Assessment Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, located in Corona, CA.
Duties
You will develop Data Management Analysis Plans (DMAP) that are complete and ready for signature and distribution.
You will ensure data is distributed as identified in the event's DMAP, verifying collected test data is complete, documented, and archived in accordance with data management policy and the DMAP.
You will generate report inputs documenting the status of collected data, its validity (corrupt, gaps, etc.) and distribution status as requested by event analysis lead.
You will process Aegis Weapon System (AWS) data utilizing tools (RA, Phoenix OA, PCToolbox, ADAM, PYTHON Scripts, DART (CDLMS), and Outline software used in the PA30 analysis process.
You will interact with all organizations and activities requiring information and successfully complete test planning as enumerated in the Test Plan.
You will provide trip reports, brief materials, and meeting summaries, assessing and documenting lessons learned on conduct of test data collection, data distribution, and archiving.
You will determine objectives, set priorities, delegate work to the right person or group, and monitor progress.
You will coordinate on-site data collection in support of AWS test events.
You will apply strategic thinking and lessons learned to improve the data management, data verification, and data distribution processes.
You will lead project teams supporting programs in the execution of duties, keeping supervisors informed of the status of event support and assisting in the identification of resources needed to support planned events.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector must demonstrate the following: Developing data management plans and coordinating on-site collection by utilizing software tools to catalog data for the improvement of data management, verification and distribution processes.
NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower level NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing data management plans for the cataloging of data to support the improvement of data management, verification and distribution processes.

Education
