About the Position: The Plans, Analysis & Integration Office (PAIO) is the Garrison Commander's staff element for strategic and management planning for the installation. The PAIO provides oversight of assigned programs; conducts analytical reviews; monitors Army baseline standards; captures and enables implementation of best business practices; and identifies, tracks, and orchestrates reporting of performance measures.
Duties
Provide a means of measuring process improvements and capturing customer feedback.
Coordinate and research continuous improvement /waiver issues crossing all functions.
Conduct management analysis reviews which influence policy decisions involving garrison management.
Ensure consistency between future goals and program efficiencies against mission priorities and efficiency.
Exercise technical expertise and seasoned administrative judgment.
Provide consultant and advisory services to create the strategic business plans.
Build allocation/execution plans and documentation.
Recommend adjustments to policies and projects to resolve problems and to improve operations and efficiencies.

Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the employee to temporarily travel away from their normal duty station up to 10% of the time for work, training and/or conferences.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience analyzing, developing, and monitoring plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for organizational improvement. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
