As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. The MPI is an annual lump-sum incentive payment that considers agency performance, the manager's individual performance, and available funding.This is a leadership position within the FAA Logistics Center.

Duties

This is a leadership position within the FAA Logistics Center that is designed to ensure the highest quality products and services are provided to Logistics Center customers throughout the FAA, interagency, and worldwide.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-I (FG/GS-13) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H, (FG/GS-12) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized Experience includes experience repairing complex electronic assemblies in a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment to include leading initiatives to improve repair and/or testing procedures for systems assigned; experience integrating program goals, priorities, and values; communicate effectively to targeted audiences;Applicant should include examples of specialized experience in their Work History. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
