You will serve as a PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the COMMAND ADMIN of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO.
Duties
You will coordinate human resources planning, administration, facility support and planning, and security management for multiple organizations.
You will coordinate administrative services for an organization.
You will maintain and monitor databases or spreadsheets to track department programs.
You will recommend process improvements to better meet customer needs.
You will advise organizational leadership on family functional departments, programs, and services to educate and recommend available resources in support of their workforce.
You will Adjust staffing levels for work procedures to accommodate resource decisions.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages, directs, and executes all military support issues/requirements for the command; 2) Serves as a principal advisor for special projects associated with military personnel; 3) Serves as a Command Pay/Personnel Administrator (CPPA), performing navy pay and personnel support via OMPF, ESR, etc to PSD and FSC's; 4) Makes independent decisions involving military personnel assignments within the latitude provided by appropriate directives; 5) Responsible for the managing of work by departmental personel including check in/check out, collateral duties, plan of the week, ITEMPO management, NFAAS, sponsorship program, and assisting with civilian furlough notification and Executive Department; 6) Typical support services include correspondence management, directives management, command awards program; 7) Other duties include TMT taskers management, government purchase card holder, message traffic, and assisting with the Defense Travel System (DTS) requests. Manages the EFM program for NRSW HQ and monitors the EFM program for 10 installations. (NOTE: Your resume must reflect above experience to be considered for position.)

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
