You will serve as a PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST in COMPACFLT HRO SOUTHWEST.

Duties

You will develop, plan for, and perform HR program development and evaluation for integrated programs of the HRO SW. You serve as the principal action officer on special assignments and requests for guidance in specific program areas. You will provide advice to the Director on areas for improvement. You will represent the HRO SW in strategic planning and business process reengineering studies and initiatives, having HRO wide impact. You will serve as the principal adviser to the Director and other managers on management support services. You will ensure continuity of administrative processes and procedures throughout the HRO. You will participate in financial management planning activities. You will manage the HRO budget.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating data that has been extracted, compiled, and manipulated from multiple HR systems in order to provide reports for mission effectiveness review and provide management support services in support of a Human Resources Program.
