This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Duties
Works international programs relating to coproduction, cooperative development, and Foreign Military Sales. Performs a continuing evaluation and analysis of assigned program areas.
Performs a continuing evaluation and analysis of assigned program areas to reflect program status and identify areas requiring top management attention.
Develops methodology for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data from contractors and government activities, and develops program data for program reviews through DOD level for presentation, conferences, display, and other management purposes.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Experience Required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience at the NH-02 (GS-11, or equivalent) level in the Federal Service that includes the ability to:1) Develop, using Microsoft Project, Integrated Master Schedules complaint with DoD-5000 policy guidance and requirements; 2) Adjust Integrated Master Schedules for changes in program events 3) Utilize technical knowledge of schedule develop systems to provide impacts for a variety of scenarios and to analyze data to develop solutions to mitigate schedule issues; and 4) Communicate project/program schedule status to identify areas needing emphasis and to ensure schedules are accurately planned and executed and align with projected funding.
