About the Position: Materiel Systems Organization (MSO) is one of the Department of the Army's premier support organizations.
Duties
Serves as a Senior Program Analyst supporting the full range of planning, programming, risk analysis, obsolescence tracking, and/or acquisition reporting within the Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM).
Demonstrates expertise in supply chain risk management and industrial base health assessments, requiring an ability to lead complex projects such as those with unfamiliar data sources, limited resources, and tight timelines.
Responsible for the development of procedures and processes that translate the identification of risk into courses of action or remediations.
Designs, conducts, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates a wide range of data utilizing qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
Requirements

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1. Working with multi-functional teams to apply supply chain management, logistics management, risk management, or program management concepts. 2. Conducting in-depth analysis on weapon systems, parts/NIINs, or stages within the acquisition lifecycle 3. Communicating project, program, or assignment statuses for use in briefings to senior leaders.
