About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Field Activity, Fort Eustis, VA. Fort Eustis, VA is located in Newport News, between historic Williamsburg and Virginia Beach. The Hampton Roads/Tidewater area has all the conveniences of a big city with charm of small town and rural areas.

Duties

Assist countries in defining the total training requirement to support a given equipment procurement and delivery schedule. Plan programs and monitors training programs that support international students (military and civilians) under Foreign Military Sales (FMS), or other training furnished by other government agencies, such as NATO and Department of State. Planning and scheduling, Security Assistance (SA) training programs for all foreign countries and international organizations. Provide relevant data to assist in determining specific training solutions that satisfy country-determined training objectives

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• The position requires DoD SC Workforce (SCW) Certification. Must complete certification-related training requirements in the security cooperation area of concentration within the timeframe associated with the position.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or remove.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 25 % of the time.
