About the Position: The incumbent for Lead Logistics Management Specialist position will be responsible for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) operation and management of USACE-wide Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTV) fleet management programs.

Duties

Publishes and promotes instructions and directives to implement agency fleet management and transportation regulations and policies. Serves as a work leader of transportation specialists and assistants. Develops and implements plans and strategies to provide effective and efficient fleet management and transportation services. Process logistics travel requirements. Reviews cost estimates and adjust logistics plans to accommodate for unforeseen developments.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must obtain and/or maintain a SECRET security clearance.
