About the Position: You will serve as the Team Chief of a multi-functional logistics review team, Command Logistics Review Branch, US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Logistics Activity (ULA), Responsible for implementing the overall Logistics Review Program for a diversity of products and services in support of USACE Logistics.

Duties

Serve as a Team Chief of a multi-functional logistics assessment team. Assign work to subordinates based on priority and/or difficulty of assignments. Determine resource requirements for evaluating factors affecting logistical support. Provide functional expertise for improving Automatic Data Processing Equipment tools used to manage logistics programs. Correlate resource requirements with program plans to ensure mission requirements are accomplished. Transmit information by spoken word to audiences with differing levels of comprehension. Lead a logistics subject matter expert team to assess and assist in improving logistics programs, processes, and systems.

Requirements

  • This position requires a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • You may be subject to 24-hour on-call in the event of an emergency. This service may require irregular working hours, work at locations other than the official duty station and may include duties other than those specified in the major duties.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 50% of the time.
