You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (APPSW/SYSANALYSIS) in the Information Systems Division, Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Duties
You will provide direction, planning, design and development of leading edge software developed for the FRC aircraft rework and manufacturing facility and associated departments.
You will apply expert program management skills to provide support for the planning, development, and implementation of all IT projects and activities at this facility.
You will provide essential feedback to professional peers within the Division and the FRC regarding IT standards, quality assurance and configuration management control.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Write and implement efficient code using C#, Javascript & CSS; 2) Experience in application development with cybersecurity in mind; 3) Research, design, implement, and manage software programs using the development lifecycle process; 4) Test and evaluate new programs; 5) Have experience maintaining and troubleshooting applications; 6) Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics; 7) Work closely with other developers, designers, business and systems analysts.

Education
Education: All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions
Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
