You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK/SYSANALYSIS) in the Training Support Services Directorate (N9), Network Support Division
(N96) at CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
Duties
You will monitor operating networks to ensure systems compliance.
You will evaluate the protection and integrity of data by using secure filters, routers, and firewall technologies.
You will modify operating system software applications to enhance existing systems.
You will conduct system analysis to confirm networks, sites, systems, and applications are certified and accredited according to regulations.
You will manage information technology (IT) program planning to govern the configuration of new network resources.

- Position requires incumbent to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1. Developing complex operating procedures and monitors the ongoing operation of classified and unclassified networks. 2. Prepares network implementation and testing plans, establishing test criteria for network interoperability data to ensure completeness and accuracy of program modules and outputs. 3. Oversees configuration and installation of IT equipment and adjusts the components of existing equipment for efficient operation. and 4. Develops and maintains computer network, system operation, and product assembly and installation procedures. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

This position has been designated as a Cyberspace Workforce position in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) work role of (802-IT Project Manager) proficiency level (Intermediate) and, as a condition of employment, the incumbent of the position is required to obtain and maintain qualification in accordance with DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Management Program, February 15, 2023, and supporting Department of Navy policies.
This designation requires the incumbent to:
1. Obtain the foundational qualification within nine months and the residential qualification within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in DoDM 8140.03 for DCWF role of (802-IT Project Manager) proficiency level (Intermediate). 2. Participate in continuous professional development program as described in DoDM 8140.03. An annual 20 hour minimum of Cyber Workforce related continuous professional development must be documented and completed in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor. Continuous professional development begins in the fiscal year after the employee has obtained both foundational and residential qualification requirements.
3. Acknowledge responsibilities in writing via command designation letter.
Failure to meet a condition of employment may result in disciplinary and/or adverse action up to removal from federal service.
