You will serve as a IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK/SYSANALYSIS) in the Training Support Services Directorate (N9), Network Support Division (N96) at CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.

Duties

You will monitor operating networks to ensure systems compliance. You will evaluate the protection and integrity of data by using secure filters, routers, and firewall technologies. You will modify operating system software applications to enhance existing systems. You will conduct system analysis to confirm networks, sites, systems, and applications are certified and accredited according to regulations. You will manage information technology (IT) program planning to govern the configuration of new network resources.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1. Developing complex operating procedures and monitors the ongoing operation of classified and unclassified networks. 2. Prepares network implementation and testing plans, establishing test criteria for network interoperability data to ensure completeness and accuracy of program modules and outputs. 3. Oversees configuration and installation of IT equipment and adjusts the components of existing equipment for efficient operation. and 4. Develops and maintains computer network, system operation, and product assembly and installation procedures. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Obtain the foundational qualification within nine months and the residential qualification within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in DoDM 8140.03 for DCWF role of (802-IT Project Manager) proficiency level (Intermediate).
