You will serve as an Engineering Technician in T-45/AV-8B/JPALS Support Equipment NAWCAD LKE of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Duties
You will oversee policies, procedures, and processes (e.g., technical health process sustainment, proactive fleet support, technical authority) to ensure safe and effective fleet Systems.
You will lead the team to resolve major technical engineering problems.
You will advise on work efforts to resolve operating problems by influencing or motivating individuals or groups.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
Serving as a team leader and authority for the operation, maintenance repair, and certification requirements of AV-8B Support Equipment.
Modifying and refining broad guidelines to resolve complex issues and problems and to develop new methods to create new policies and practices.
Providing expertise in the field by establishing criteria, formulating projects, assessing program effectiveness, and analyzing unusual problems/questions.
Leading the team in formulating solutions and analyzing support equipment for the aircraft while stressing reliability, maintainability, safety, quality, operational readiness, and performance
Conducting engineering investigations, performing engineering analyses, and preparing technical reports documenting the results of evaluations.
