You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST Unaccompanied Housing Department of Commander Navy Region of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.

Duties

You will communicate information to senior management for effective evaluation of program operations and milestones. You will forecast and estimate furnishing program requirements and develop presentations, point papers, and briefings. You will provide advisory services to the Regional Director on various isssues concerning unaccompanied housing across the region. You will recommend policy guidance and changes to meet current and future requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications

FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develops and maintains furnishings, fixtures and equipment metrics; 2) Recommends housing policy guidance and changes to meet current and future requirements via presentations, point papers, and briefings; 3) Performs Housing Site Assessment and Inspections for evaluating the housing program's core functional areas, and ensuring proper compliance with appropriate policy standards; 4). Monitors and evaluates housing contract repairs and invoices for various renovation/service contracts. **NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
