About the Position:
This position is located at the US Army MSCoE, Chemical School Joint Combat Developer on Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fort Leonard Wood is located in South-Central Missouri Ozarks. Fort Leonard Wood is located in Pulaski County, Missouri. Bordering the installation to the North are the towns of Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2 hour drive to the East along I-44 and Springfield is more than an hour's drive to the West of Fort Leonard Wood.
Duties
Coordinate all facets of CBRN Joint, combined, multi-functional, CBRN defense, CWMD and specified Command Integrated Process and Product Teams and Operational Working Groups.
Identify issues and weaknesses and recommends solutions for projects, proposals, and schedules which may be divergent or contentious in nature.
Serve as the lead planner and integrator for all Army and Joint CBRN experiments and exercises relating to CBRN capability development.
Serve as a concepts development, doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLPF-P) integrator.
Lead CBRN Integrated Working Groups to synchronize capability development with all DOTMLPF-P domain stakeholders.
Provide subject matter expertise on CBRN operations and CWMD to AFC-CDID, MSCoE G3, MSCoE FFID, Homeland Defense Office, and USACBRNS DOTLD on matters concerning Army and Joint CBRN capabilities development, operations, and training.
Provide support to AFC-CDID for the identification, integration, and monitoring of Joint Capability and Integration Development System processes.
Provide guidance and expertise in the development of doctrinal solutions and updates to ensure synchronization of updated doctrine.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes planning, coordinating, controlling programs and providing intensive management for all Doctrine, Organizations, Training, Material, Leader Development, Personnel and Facilities and policy (DOTMLPF) related to the chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN) Initiatives & Integration Division (CIID), US Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear School (USACBRNS). Experience using analysis to drive DOTMLPF integration system development including coordinating and synchronizing science and technology initiatives. Experience reviewing and executing policy guidance from local directives. Experience researching and developing experimentation and testing doctrines.
